Ristorante Galleria Arté al Lago is led by Executive Chef Alessandro Boleso, renowned for his ability to blend tradition and innovation in
unique gastronomic creations inspired by quality, flavor enhancement, and the local territory. The selection of raw ingredients,
respect for their preparation, appreciation of seasonality, and focus on waste reduction are the fundamental principles of a cuisine dedicated to the guest,
the environment, and natural resources. Alessandro will be supported in this new adventure by Executive Sous Chef Junio Carlo Pini, with whom he has shared this passion for over ten years.
